I’m a seasoned leader and program strategist with over three decades of expertise and experience spanning organizational development, curriculum design, and strategic planning within higher education, mental health, nonprofit, and human services sectors. I have decades long experience guiding individuals personally and professionally through life’s most challenging conversations. Because of this expertise, I’ve built a platform utilizing the H.A.R.D. framework that I created that empowers people to speak with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Whether it’s a parent struggling to connect with a teen, a difficult discussion with a spouse, or a leader navigating providing tough feedback to their team, I guide individuals through the discomfort of hard conversations and into transformative connection.
